Reading Home Learning Assignments

 

 

Students will be collecting books based on their interests and independent reading levels from our classroom library as well as the Ardena Book Room. Students will bring home these books every afternoon and should be reading from these selections for this home learning assignment. 

 

It is important for students to return to school with their independent reading books and reading notebooks each morning so they are able to complete independent reading assignments in our reading workshop class. 

 

Students may also select books that they might have at home or from a local library. If selecting a book from home, students should bring it to school each day as well, so they can continue reading and utilize the text during in class discussions/assignments.
